How can I be sure my dog is safe during their stay?

Your dog’s safety is our top priority. Our retreat perimeter is fenced, group sizes are kept small, and the premises is kept secured at all times. We also conduct thorough health and behavioural screenings before your dog’s stay to ensure compatibility with other guests.

Will I receive updates on my dog’s activities?

We know how reassuring it is to see your dog enjoying themselves, so upon request we can provide regular updates throughout their stay, including photos and brief activity notes so you can feel connected even from afar.

How do you make sure my dog is settled?

For your peace of mind and to ensure your dog is settled and integrated into our retreat environment, we advise booking them in for an overnight stay before any extended stay to allow them to get accustomed to the surroundings.

What should I pack for during my dog’s stay?

Please bring your dogs usual food in a labelled bag or container and if your dog has a favourite toy, blanket, or specific treat preference, feel free to bring them along! We want to ensure their stay feels as comfortable and familiar as possible.
